What’s more, most books can be purchased under £15 with second-hand books available at bargain rates. Think of all the jewels in a great classic for less than a meal out.

The relationship between physiology and psychology is often understated. By exercising, you are keeping the body active which enables the mind to function at its peak.

Imagine the body to be the Hardware and the mind to be the Software. Even if you have the newest operating system it will be limited by the computer it is run on. For example, if you load Windows onto a computer with inadequate specification it will not be able to function to its optimum ability. This is why exercising will change your life!

Exercising is also great for boosting energy and additionally, it is a great discipline to adopt. As every discipline affects another, it is likely to draw your intention towards your diet amongst other things.

Goal setting is raising the awareness of what drives you, what brings you fulfilment.

Focus on the most important things and spend your time on the most important things first.

Learn to think more in terms of value than cost and do the things that will add the most value to your life.

Travelling alone allows you to get to know yourself more intimately in unfamiliar surroundings. In a group, it creates a bond and forms memories that will stay with you all. On top of that, you get to meet interesting people that can teach you different ways of doing things.
